Thai Language class for students took on the form of cooking class Thursday morning, as each Ajaan (teacher) led a group of students in making a popular Thai dish. Students began their class with a trip to the local market to buy ingredients. Each group of students worked with their Ajaan to complete their dish – washing, cutting, mixing, pounding, seasoning, and cooking. At noon when all of the food was finished, everyone enjoyed a feast!
